Elder Abuse
Elder abuse has now reached epidemic proportions: at nursing facilities, hospitals and many times at home at the hands of a home health care giver.
Proving an elder abuse incident is not simple and requires different proceedings: a protective services investigation; civil action for compensation; and criminal prosecution. Many times there will be the need for procuring additional expert medical evaluations.
It is during traumatic times such as these which a family or individual will be better served by an experienced, legal professional at their side to vigorously defend and protect their rights when they can't defend themselves.
